Based in Blackburn, UK
I started out in my professional career over 30 years ago working with children in nursery care then on to family support work, which has given me a wealth of experience and a real incite in to how valuable and rewarding play therapy is.
My ethos is that the child or young person should be always the focus, being able to connect, and move forward though difficult experiences.
I currently work with the local authority encompassing schools and other education providers, working with young people, families, and education staff. I also regularly run group workshops to train other social care professionals, and empower them to bring the benefits of play therapy to their roles.
